Sony 2010 Best video

Hi Illico, i know your the best man about Sony 2010 devices.

Im converting 3GB+ .TS files to smaller.mp4 files for my Sony TV using XMedia Recode.

Was wondering whats the best profile for video?
Framerate: 14.985, 23.976, 25, 29.97 or 30
Bitrate: Whats the best for smooth playback
Profile: Baseline, Main, High, High 4:2:2 or High 4:4:4
Level: 1 - 5.2 Whats the ideal one for smooth playback
Sony Bravia 2010 52NX803 - Sony PS3 - Xbox 360
Serviio running on QNAP NAS 639 Pro - 1.6 Intel Dual Core - 2GB RAM and QNAP NAS 121 - 2Ghz ARM Marvell - 1GB RAM
Console using ServiiDroid for Android, ServiiMetro and ServiiWP for Windows Phone and WebUI for iOS

Bitrate < 20K
Profile/Level - go for Main/3.1, anything higher is not necessary, but might produce better compression quality (4.1 should still be doable)

I'd say try it on a few files and see what you're happy with in regards to quality and file size.

I would say:
MPEGTS/H264- 1920 x 1080 - Highprofile - 4.1 level/AC3-6channels, with bitrate < 20Mbps
