Panasonic tx-p42st30b

Hi, I have downloaded Serviio and basically don't have a clue as to how to get stuff on my TV, what I wan to do is Watch the pictures that are on my laptop on my Panasonic tx-p42st30b, the same with music.
Also, currently I have Lovefilm and would like to Stream movies from my laptop to my TX.

My TV is plugged dirctlt into my BT Hub, I use the laptop wireless, but can hard wire it if I need to.

I have gone into the settings on my TV and found the IP Address of my TV and I can see that Serviio can see that, I think a lot of my problem is how to see stuff on my TV, I tried Viera Link and that doesn't work, So How do I do it?
Should I be able to doo it?

I have just read

And that says that it does'nt allow media streaming, so I guess I can't do it.
