cannot read file

Hi folks, Serviio seems to be ok operationally on my system. However when I go to play movies I get the message "file not supported". This happens with any movie. The movie does play on the PC normally. thanks J

Could you provide information about this movie (see signature links) ?
Do you select the proper profile on serviio console ?
