DS213j can't transcode large files

Hi guys,

I've successfully installed and configured serviio on my Synology, it works and transcoding works fine for movies that are of smaller size. The profile is for an LG 42LS5600-ZC

However I have a couple of movies that are around 4 - 8 gb large, and for some reason when I try to open them nothing happens, it doesn't even try to open the movie.

I need only the DTS to AC3 Transcode, as the video format is supported.

Is there anything I'm missing? I've tried searching the forums but have found no real answer to my problem.

Could check that Serviio's transcoding temp folder is on a partition with enough space (under Transcoding tab).

Thanks for the reply. The temp folder is set to /volume1/@tmp

There's around 200 GBs of free space and that's the only volume on my NAS.

It's very odd indeed. Some DTS movies work fine. But some aren't even being opened at all.
