serviio client error

Hi there,

im new here and just got my nas,
I have managed to install the serviio on the nas (synology 212j)

and the service is running.

installed the windows program (windows 7)

installed client only,

changed the file to include my NAS ip address.

but when i click onto the serviio icon, after a while i get the following error.

cannot connect to the serviio server, it doesnt seems to be runing , exiting.

been searching online and totally puzzled. any help appreciated...

opened port on laptop 23423 sorted, serviio in the sys tray
