Newbee Help

Hi All

Ive just installed Servio on my sinology 412+ NAS I cannot get my sony TV or BLURAY to see any files on the synology

I have followed the install process as described on here. Should i be directing Serviio to which folders to look in or will it look in all automatically. All i get is no playable files on my devices.

I did go into packages and selected Serviio, it took me to a log in page for the media browser but it asked me for a password which i havent set

Any ideas???

Thanks

Newbee Help

You will have to use the Serviio console for that. The Synoloy package doesn't include a Web version for managing Serviio anymore.

You can find more information here: http://pcloadletter.co.uk/2012/01/25/se ... o-package/
Apparently there is a seperate package to install a web version of the console on the synology, or you can install the java version on another PC in the network.
