I've had a go at making a script but I'm not having much luck understanding groovy. They give all of the required information it's just down to the parsing as far as I can see. They even provide a link to the video stream in the episode xml.

It is not exactly what you are after but this may help.

I used hulu feeds to get few of the comedy central shows as one feed using a yahoo pipes. Here http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?p=41901#p41901 is what i did. If you have a yahoo account, you can actually clone my pipes schema and add other feeds to it as you wish.

I believe South Park Episodes in hulu.com are age restricted, which requires you to use username and password, so they may or may not play well with yahoo pipes but i have not tested to confirm it.
