I waiting for this features for so long. Is it Sony wont let this function use in their product or serviio not provide subtitles fucntion for sony bravia?

Not yet.
Serviio is based on ffmpeg encoder that not support burning subtitles on video stream. Waiting for ffmpeg sub feature.

Subtitles function for SONY BRAVIA
If you are running on Windows AviSynth + ffmpeg could do it, but we will need Zip to add AVS as a supported file type. I requested that feature earlier in the week.
Note that it is pretty computer intensive as it is technically on-the-fly transcoding.
Not sure if AviSynth is available for platforms other than Windows, so this may be low priority for Serviio. Though I would think it is relatively trivial to add a new mime/file type.
