Schedule library refreshes for specific time of day

I would like to be able to tell Serviio to update/refresh the library daily at like 4:15 PM, shortly after my WHS wakes up via Lights-out. I don't want Serviio refreshing the library any more frequently than that because it will wake the drives from a spun down state.

Any way to schedule library updates instead of just specifying a time interval would be appreciated.

You can set a Windows Task that calls a script that uses the configuration API to force a refresh e.g. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1572
