Add files from outside the library to a playlist
Ability to add files to a playlist that are not in the library.
Serviio 1.4 Currently supports m3u and wpl playlists that consist of files that are in the library (and not necessary on the same drive or directory as the playlist itself). That's very nice, but since I have millions of MP3's I want to use playlists to create some order in the chaos.
What I would like to do is have some of the music directories indexed by Serviio and then create playlists that hold a selection of the rest of the music collection. To make it specific: suppose I only index top100 music in de library (for the past 50 years we're already speaking of thousands of artists and tens of thousands of songs). Next, I create a playlist of my favourite classical music. I want Serviio to index only the classical music that is referred to by the playlist and not show any classical music in the alphabetical or artists lists. The classical tracks are only accessible through the playlist.
So the library needs to differentiate between tracks that are to be exposed through the indexes and tracks that are only exposed through playlists. And you would need a setting in the Serviio server that says 'add the referred content to the indexes' for those who want that.
