random image slideshow

have a Samsung bd-c5500. works great for movies and music. i have all my pictures stored on our PC in My Pictures by year. when i want to put a random pictures slideshow on my TV, i only have options to view within the folder of each year (ie. a folder under My Pictures). i would like a random slideshow of ALL pictures within the My Pictures directory, ie. no limitations by folder within My Pictures. i don't seem to be able to find a way to do this with Serviio and the Samsung DVD player (or my Sony TV, for that matter) ? There is a Random on the serviio console under the Presentation tab under Audio, but none under Image or Video. Please create a random under Images that can be launched from the "My Pictures" so that it will path through all pictures in all sub-folders. makes for a much more interesting slideshow. thanks.

I like this idea of a random slide show. I also would like it if you could randomly play music files in the slide show.
