Could Serviio, automatically deal with the problem the Samsung has with files encoded with an 0 sampeling rate ?

This has been discussed, and a work around noted here

OK, I've had another look into this, and the problem with the newer IMMERSE rips is that the mux application used (mkv2rls x264-tv) incorrectly sets the audio track's sampling frequency to 0, which not surprisingly messes up playback on some systems, including my Samsung BD-C5500.

That would be something for the mux programs dev to fix rather than serviio. try post on there website to get them to fix it :)
