Searching for Programmes

This might be more difficult, but would certainly allow this product to get out to a wider audience. But how about creating a "search" facility for programmes. The user inputs the Channel (or selects from a list of those setup for this) and then enters a search string for the programme. Serviio then finds the right feed and populates the Online Resource screen correctly. User goes to TV sees requested programme in their list and selects and plays. Simples !

One user has already setup a site http://serviidb.com/ and is currently re-working it to make it faster and easier to use. It already has quite a few UK content added, but could do with lots more being added by users.

ServiiDroid has had it intergrated for a while now (you can enter a title or plugin name and it will give you a list, you then hit a button and it gets added to your library), and I belive kairoh is working on adding it to his WebUI. Not sure if anyone is planning on writing a standalone java app just yet.
