Start-up switch to start the console minimized

The console already started minimized before ... a switch would be nice.

It starts minimized on WIn, open on Mac and Linux, because users on those OSes had problems noticing it's actually running :-)

Thanks, it worked. You should mention in the FAQ that you need a leading "D" for the options. I first tried -serviio.consoleOpen=false and got an error.
