Access via the Internet with content and passwords for users

Is it possible to use different users and folders with passwords on the Internet?
I think that my child only has access to children's movies.
That my wife access to feature films and children's films has, etc.,

This would be a great feature. I have many people using my setup and would be nice to provide them with different usernames.
