Re: Renaming of files
Pardon me for resurrecting this old thread, but it came up while I was searching for something else.
If you haven't already discovered it, I believe Playlists will do exactly what you want. In fact, I too have a Star Wars playlist with all 6 episodes. I used a freeware program called PlaylistCreator3 and save the list in .pls format. You can place the movies in whatever order you wish. Then go into the Serviio Console and enable Playlists, Display Category in the Presentation tab. Works perfectly with both my Panasonic TV and my Sony SNP-N200 boxes. The Sony has an added benefit of continuous play. Just start a movie and when it ends the next on the list automatically begins. My wife loves this ability.
I currently have 13 separate playlists, and the same movie might be in more than one list. For example, I have a John Wayne playlist, and a Westerns playlist. Don't need to point out why there could be overlap here!
I have playlists with TV episodes and movies, although I don't believe I have both types in the same playlist. There should be no reason you couldn't, though.
