Now that could almost make me replace my Wii  , if I didn't already have my Roku and Sony players. Of course, the Roku doesn't play games or support all those formats. If it will send HD audio over HDMI, then it might be a terrific media player platform. It should be powerful enough to support high bitrate HD video over DLNA.

Just have got the Dev preview of the october update, and it's there!!

Looks pretty slick, havent tried it extensively but you can browse, see thumbnails, ffwd / rew. And it works pretty well with Kinect, both hand control and voice commands.

Voice commands work for all your content, btw. So Xbox select -> [insert name of your movie] starts playing it.

Will Serviio 1.5 have an updated profile to work well the new awesome DNLA Media Player.

Using the generic DNLA profile for now

Any good templates for it?

The 1.4 XBox One profile is good. You can remove the MKV transcoding, but otherwise it works well.
