Support for Transcoding cards

I am using a N54L Microserver with serviio which runs pretty fine in LAN.
Im planning on buying serviio pro and use the mediabrowser when being at a friends house.
But since the performance in transcoding is pretty low on my N54l, I was wondering if serviio supports the use of transcoding cards (hardware transcoder) ?

Not, unless you compile FFmpeg with some HW accelerated modules for your system.
