Help with choppy picture when streaming

I have recently just switched over to serviio, so am just testing things out at the moment but so far so good, has all the options I needed in a media server. 

I have a test stream running that iv added as a live stream in "online sources" I then opened it up in airplayer on my iPhone 4s. The stream started with no delay unlike other software I have tried but the image and sound is choppy/pixilated. I left it for awhile to settle but every 15sec it will happen. 



I turned my iPhone off and opened stream up on my Samsung tv  this was perfect and didn't jump once until I ended stream. 

Is there anything I can do about that?

we currently dont support IOS and there is no player on the device that plays DLNA well, as apple have locked the hardware decoder to only work with their software and no one elses.

i have just got my 3gs and tried the stream out and it worked fine..... Is there nothing on the jailbreak market?

Although the picture is fine now when playing through my iPhone 3GS the sound is out of sync all the time, why is this? I tested on my tv and the stream was fine. In the console it only recognises as a generic profile
