Re-sort Online Sources?

Is there a way to re-sort the feeds I have listed in the Online Sources tab?

I've been adding different feeds, and have YouTube links through the list. I'd like to have all the YouTube feeds together, and maybe be able to alphabetize the other links. As it is now, any new additions just go to the bottom of the list. I realize I could just reenter the items, but wondered if there was an easier way, or am I missing the obvious?

Thanks!

Re: Re-sort Online Sources?

Not at the moment, it is planned for the future though.

If you have an android device, you can use ServiiDroid which does allow you to re-order source. However, it does this by removing them and then re-adding them in the new order, so if you have a lot of sources, it will take a while before you can use them as Serviio has to re-fetch them all. I haven't had any reports of it going wrong, but it isn't an officially supported method.

Thanks will, I just wasn't sure I was missing something obvious. I'll probably re-add the YouTube feeds so they will be together. The rest, I leave as is. Thanks for the reply.

Re: Re-sort Online Sources?

Like Will said the feature is not there ATM, but here is what i did when i faced the issue as yours with hulu links. You could do exactly the same with your youtube sources as well.

I use a yahoo pipe with all feeds or links for hulu into one. I go into yahoo pipes to add more contents to serviio server instead of serviio console. I use yahoo pipe features to filter, truncate, sort, re-sort, combine feeds as i want into one. Here is a thread with more infohttp://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5866&p=42446&hilit=pipes#p42446 and viewtopic.php?p=41901#p41901. Doing so, i have very clean and manageable media source list in my serviio console.

Only restriction is that all the sources in your yahoo pipes have to be from the same source to invoke a modified plugin; meaning one yahoo pipe for all hulu.com contents, other one for all youtube contents and so on...

thanks
