Windows 8 64 bit enterprise, Serviio and xbox 360

Hi,
I have recently installed Windows 8 64 bit Enterprise with the latest serviio (15 day free trial). The Serviio install went ok. I setup the NAS share for Serviio to use and ticked the correct boxes.
Serviio detects my xbox 360.
Xbox can see the video and movie folder directories but does not list any of the movie files from my NAS
When I launch Serviio console and scan fro new files all I see is two red dots. It would seem that Serviio is not building a library of movies. I have run this for serverl housrs with no luck.
Does Serviio work with my setup? If yes what am I doing wrong? Is there a way to display the files processed in real time ?

Setup:
All the setup I am doing is via the desktop (not tablet screen)
Windows 8 64 bit Enterprise PC
Xbox 360 hard wired to PC
ReadyNAS Duo

Make sure you add the folders using \\ServerName\folder rather than mapped drives e.g. Z:\

Thank you. I was using a mapped a drive to NAS. Using the UNC path fixed the issue..
