Serviio 1.5.2 Cannot See All Sub Folders

I am kind of new to this so here goes. I have Serviio running on a windows xp machine. I have the server looking at my NAS which has several Media folders along with multiple sub folders. I am using Media Connect for ios devices and a google tv attached to my television. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago (nothing in my environment had changed. But now I can only see 2 of my subfolders that are contained within my primary media folder. I have confirmed that the folders still exist on my NAS but again, I cant see nor access them via Serviio. Im kind of at my wits end with this and I hope someone out there can help me.
