I don't port forward tcp 8895 or udp 1900, and I can access my MediaBrowser from the Internet. Those ports are DLNA specific, and are internal LAN use only. Port 23524 is the only open port needed for external access. However, unless you are doing some firewall magic, you have to make sure you are specifying the entire URL correctly, i.e. https://{FQDN or IP address}:23524/mediabrowser
