Short answer, no.
Long answer, Roku has no web browser functionality, neither native or with an app/channel. However, Roku can see Serviio using the Roku Media Player, as long as the Serviio box and the Roku are on the same network. If you're trying to access your Serviio server via a Roku from outside your network, such as a hotel, it can't be done. For that situation I use Plex, as the Roku can connect through the Plex web servers. But with any device inside my network, I never use Plex and always use Serviio. With my Roku players we use the Roku Media Player. With my Shield, I use MrMC or Kodi. Lastly with DLNA capable Blu Ray players or TVs we just connect directly to Serviio.
