System error in Ubuntu syslog, but not in serviio DEBUG log

Hello,
I am getting a system error in Ubuntu 18.04.2 syslog: "serviio.sh Unable to find:http:/stream", but it does not show while serviio logs are in DEBUG mode.
How can I remedy this error, where from serviio, from which source inspected by serviio does it come from?
I just want that "http:/" single slash change to "://" double one, but I cannot find the source of this url (url otherwise is valid).

is there log4j.xml file ion the config folder? It should state to log into the proper logging file. Maybe this file is corrupted / unreadable so it logs to the console out.
