Videos won't add

Hi I have a brand new install of 2.3 and the initial scan added my library but nothing will add after that. I have tried with the poller and regular way. In the log it says "Starting manual scan" and then there is no activity. My server is windows 10. Thanks.

Weird. I'm running 2.3 on both of my servers without that issue. I do have some drives that require Poller enabled, but new files are added without an issue. All I can think of is Serviio not recognizing the files as playable media. If I get some time later I'll look at your log to see if anything like that jumps out at me.
