I don't have a NAS but this may help: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4556&p=30872&hilit=synology+modify+profile#p30872. puTTy is simply a file transfer program, so use it to transfer the profiles.xml to your PC, edit that file using your favourite editor (Notepad ++ is good on windows) and then use puTTy to transfer the file back. Restart Serviio on your NAS to load the new profiles.
