Re: Some video files missing

Can you see and play the file in MediaBrowser? The log file is showing the file added to the library which is a start.

Re: Some video files missing

Ah, I see.

did the same, just this time (on the Windows machine) I was able to see and Play the file with 7.1 TrueHD (or may be recoded because this is just a PC with Stereo Setup ;) )

Re: Some video files missing

Any ideas from the second log?

I have another update that "might" help.

Today I received a new MediaPlayer "Mede8er MED600X3D" which strangely Shows the exact(!) same issue. the same files are not shown as on the Oppo and here also the same files Show and Play fine when using the Windows 2012R2-MediaServer from the Server Essentials.

Re: Some video files missing

Most likely the format is not supported by the device, so it filter is. That, or the way Serviio presents the files. Can you try other profiles, incl. Xbox?

Re: Some video files missing

As you can already see above, I tried different profiles but doesn't work. sometimes it Shows the files but then doesn't Play ANY.

Also the files DO Play on the Oppo, at least via a second DLNA and also via USB-disk

Re: Some video files missing

So any more ideas?

Actually may be sombody knows how I could build an easy profile which would NOT transcode anything and simply send all files as they are to the device? (Or say: how to make Serviio thin the device can Play everything(!) as it is?)
And so hopefully avoiding filtering any files from being shown.
