Re: Serviio library cache

Actually, no. I don't think it's one file.

I took one drive out of the paths, and got it to load 2 drives this time, but it stops before the drives are completely loaded in the library.

I could swear there is a limit to the number of files that it will load. Either that, or there are certain formats it just doesn't "like".

Would conversion to one format make a difference?

Re: Serviio library cache

I've been trying different approaches, but it seems that my version of Serviio only accepts one drive at a time.

I was wondering if this might be the "Path"/"Local" thing, or if I have a setting wrong in either windows or the console.

I should mention that I have Mezzmo on this computer, and there is no issues with drives, so I think I have the "Shared" thing worked out, which leads me to think I could have a setting wrong on the console. The original version of Serviio, that I experimented with, at least 2 versions back, worked fine with multiple drives, both internal and external, and picked up everything.

Rescanning the metadata, and re-installing doesn't seem to make a difference either.

The other possibility is that the database is damaged in some way and if it were not removed in the re-install, it would still "get in the way".

Without re-installing is there a way to totally remove the database and start over?

I'm also guessing that all drives should be "Local" and not "Paths". Is this right?

BTW, I'm using 1.5.1.
