Java 7 update 15 broke serviio

for TWS for example it loads:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" -cp jts.jar;hsqldb.jar;jcommon-1.0.12.jar;jfreechart-1.0.9.jar;jhall.jar;other.jar;rss.jar -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true -Xmx512M -XX:MaxPermSize=128M jclient/LoginFrame C:\Jts "

Would it not be an idea to change the way serviio console loads perhaps ?

Since TWS there allways loads properly as long as jre7 dir does not become jre8

But this is not a Windows service, this approach will not work for Serviio (service). You can use the .bat files in bin folder to achieve the same as the above.
