Serviio not indexing shared folders

Hi

Just reinstalled Serviio (1.2.1) and everything looks OK, I have set up two shared folders on two separate internal hard drives, and it is not picking up any files at the locations. I have tried moving some files to a local folder and adding the folder to the shared folders but even then it will not discover any files.

I don't understand why this is happening, I have used Serviio before and never encountered this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

do you have ffmpeg installed? If yes and still getting this error, use ffmpeg.location system property (look at support pages or search this forum)
