Hi Guys - New, some help needed

I have a huge folder of TV series all nicely organised. I am trying to get them streaming to my new blu-ray player (Sony S5100), but it will only see a few folders. The rest just dont appear. All the folders are subfolders of a huge one called TV Series which is shared to everyone, so permissions shouldn't be the problem. Also, all my metadata was taken from TVDB through a Mediaportal scan.

Why are some appearing and some are not? Could someone please take a lok at my log file and see if anything jumps out at them please.

Many thanks indeed,

Rob :)

which profile do you have selected for your device under the status tab? One way to check and see if it's an issue with the profile or an issue with them being scanned into the serviio db properly would be to browse through your server with VLC to see if you can see the missing shows.

Re: Hi Guys - New, some help needed

Sorry guys, I feel slightly stupid.

It seems like it was just taking a long time to update to show every series. I had the refresh rate on 5 mins and it wasn't pulling down everything at once, which I thought it would do. Everything appeared over the course of an hour.

2 simple points though.

It would be nice if the aspect ratio could be forced so I don't get black bars down the sides and for some reason, my thumbnails do not appear to be showing next to the title names.
