Pictures? what are the limitations?

What are the limitations with Jpegs?

Im currently trying to view pictures i took via my NAS to my dvd player (samsung allshare)..

watching paint dry would be quicker lol

its a fully wired setup Synology NAS gigabit - Netgear D6300 router gigabit ... homeplug 200mbs to the tv

it takes on average 60 seconds to load a picture (Jpeg 9Mb 1920x1024)

i can get better speed by using the synology NAS to send the pics wirelessly lol (Slow but viewable)

and how can you get serviio to either handle raw files *.dng or ignore them alltogether?

Might take some CPU if the image requested by the TV has to be resized.
