Mac Help
So I just downloaded this to my mac book pro but when I do it won't let me share or choose files on my pc 
. They turn up highlighted in gray and unable to be chosen. The people at Apple say that I would have to go into the store or pay for apple care. I have downloaded this application three times and tried closing/ reopening and changing my system preferences. If anyone knows how to set this up properly please help.
