1.3.1 mp3 audio bug

I have been tearing my hair out on this one ...

New mp3 files added are seen by library refresh BUT not visible to DLNA devices or Kinsky.

BUT...(temporay solution!!)

When I converted mp3's to flac - all was well

FIX required?
