After upgrade to 1.3 Playlists show no content

Previously created audio playlists (.wpl) worked fine in v1.2.1. After upgrade the browser shows "no content". Playlists are there and function in media player. Deleted the Playlists and refreshed the library then restarted the service. Restored playlists from a backup and restarted the service and then refreshed the library. Still no playlists display. I have made sure that the playlist folder is defined as a music library in the media location folder.

Has the library finished updating after the update?

Yes.

I have now recreated a new playlist and refreshed still "no Content"

Interesting. After creating the new playlist and doing the refresh still "no content". I rebooted the the box. When I logged in to media browser all the playlists were displayed including the newly created.
