Mac Book Pro help

Hi Guys,

I am completely new to this. I had serviio 1.2 and it did work for a litle while, but since I have downloaded the new version serviio does not even start up on my computer. It bounces for 2 seconds then disappears.

can someone please take the time to help me? I will be truly thankful.
