How can i change the video format on my box?

I explain you:
I have a topsetbox an Orange livebox play
On my computer i have servioo and i access perfectly to servioo

The only problem is that on my TV i can't change the video format of any film
that is to say that i would like to put the screen on 16/9 or 4/3
but i can't

Is there a fuction on Servioo to dot that?
