FFMpeg failing after a while

I've got a weird problem. Serviio runs just fine for a "While" (2-3 days or so), then suddenly (and for no reason I can see) starts reporting during update scans:

2013-09-19 08:15:33,048 ERROR [ProcessExecutor] Fatal error in process starting: Cannot run program "ffmpeg": error=2, No such file or directory

ffmpeg hasn't moved, changed, or anything else. Everything is exactly where it was, and literally nothing has changed on the system. Restarting Serviio (and only serviio, not touching anything else at all) makes everything work again.

Any way I can help debug this?
