Click on the show in my folder but it won't start

I recently downloaded the groovy's for Survivor and Amazing Race yesterday. I am a 2nd day Serviio'er and am new to this. I've done numerous searches but cannot seem to find my problem.

Here is my setup

My desktop is hardwired to my router which my tablet, phone and blu-ray player Sony S5100 is conntected to. Yesterday when I tested the CBS shows I saw the first part of the starting credits go by and stopped the show cause I was just testing it.

Today when I tried to watch the show i clicked on the online folder with the CBS shows and saw all the episodes. I clicked on one episode and all I got was the title frame still, but no movement. No matter how many times I retried each episode all I got was a still of the title frame.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
