I would like to ask help about metadata things.. I don't know, how it works..i've some video (film) files at a directory and turn metadata on (online metadata sources selected), but my tv (lg55um7500pla) only shows the folder names.
At first, how it works? Serviio try to download some files (for example folder.jpg) to every film directory? Or it download online every times?

Re: Metadata how to for videos

Files require specific naming to be able to match the online databases. See this page for more complete information: https://www.serviio.org/index.php?optio ... icle&id=12

Also, the media must be listed in one of the two databases Serviio uses: themoviedb.com and thetvdb.com. So if you have titles that aren't getting metadata, go to those sites and confirm it's listed, and the name (and year for movies) match.
