not working streams

this streams are working on all rtmp players i have, and not on Servio

the later is working on even rtmpdump but not Servio, i cant find why

Another question can i add folders under the Online folder ?
if yes, Please guide me how.

First requires mmst, second requires live=1 added to the url.
