How can i share a Hard Disk WITH Subdirectories?

Hello!
I am quite new to this dnla stuff... i want to share a hard disk containing all my movies and TV episodes all divided in several subdirectories to stream them on my new NeoTV 300sl ... i would like to know how i can add and see the whole hard disk and all the subdirectories on the serviio without having to select all the subdirectories one by one.... is that possible? i am running the windows version on windows 7...

Re: How can i share a Hard Disk WITH Subdirectories?

.. i can see a lot of video files on my neotv 300sl upstairs via the serviio dlna share, but they are nost structured at all! is there a way to tructure all my movies and tv show as structured on my hard disk with separate folder, and (maybe a bonus) see the image of the movie poster ontop of the folder?

anyaway, i'll try again to share just the M:\ drive wich contains all my movies and tv show with the neotv again....

You might need it check the names of the movies and the naming format of the videos so that it matches the online meta databases. There is multiple tools in the 3rd.party forum that hrlps do this.

Re: How can i share a Hard Disk WITH Subdirectories?

Like ZIp says...

The purpose of the main Movies list is to eliminate the need to browse folders to find a movie. These options are all configured on the Presentation tab. Sometimes you have to experiment a little to get what you really want. I added Titles, as that lets me search alphabetically. Since I have over 500 movies, scrolling the entire list is a bit much. Like Zip says, if you enable the Folders view, you will then see your separate drives and folders, and you can drill down as desired.

Like I said, whatever works best for you.
