Folder and File not displayed in Serviio

I added this file to my Video folder yesterday, along with all my other videos there. For some reason, the folder, nor the file will show up in Serviio. I've stoppd and started the server, Forced refresh, and nothing will display that folder. I've checked the share properties in Explorer, and it does show the file as shared. The whole directory is shared, but I checked anyway. It is visible and playable in Windows media player through my Sony 570 BluRay, and will play on my pc in VLC. Why won't this folder show up in Serviio? What confuses me is that the Folder AND the file doesn't show up. This is the way all my video files are setup and the rest are displayed and play with no problem. It also does not display on my WDTV Plus in another room.

are there any other files in the folder? It might be access rights to the folder.

No, that's the only file in the folder. I created the folder in the Video directory, like I have for all other files in that directory, which always works. This folder shows as "Shared" like the others but it can't be found through Serviio. It does stream through WMP, would it do that if the folder was not granting access?

Is this a shared folder from another computer, or the same one that serviio is running on? Serviio runs as the system user on windows by default, so if you had to enter a password to access the folder then serviio won't be able to see it. If so, you can tell windows to run the serviio service under your account, rather than the system one, by typing servicies in the start menu and clicking on servicies (with the icon that looks like two cogs), then scroll through the long list of services until you find serviio, right click, select properties, go to the log on tab, and select this account and type in your account details

No, the Video directory is on my D drive, inside the same computer where Serviio is installed. Serviio is installed on the C drive. The Video directory is pointed to in my Library folder under Videos.

Like I said, I have many video folders on this drive, in the same directory and they all display properly. I normally just create a folder within the directory, and put the video file in there. There's no password to access this directory. I'll keep playing with it, but it pretty much has me stumped as to what might be blocking this folder from being seen by Serviio.

Can you remove the folder, turn on detailed logging (see sig), stop the service, delete the log files, start the service, add the folder, wait a few min, and then post the full log in code tags.
