Serviio creates but does not purge temporary files

Everytime Serviio is started a new directory is created in the /windows/temps sub-directory. This new directory contains 2 files: i4jdel.exe and exe4jlib.jar. The problem is this new directory is never deleted. After a few months of utilization the /windows/temp directory is now filled with these. Any way around this problem ?

Hmm.. it's created by a tool I'm using to create the Windows Service. So I don't have control over it.
