FFMPEG High Cpu Usage Problem

Hey guys, I installed Serviio and It completely refreshed my library.

And I am not streaming any media but ffmpeg has %90 cpu usage. I updated it. Still same.

I tried to delete ffmpeg. I can still stream videos but when I add a new video It does not refresh the library.

Any solutions? Thanks.

Ffmpeg is needed to manage the library. Let it run its course and eventually it will stop using the CPU.

It is doing when its unneccessary. Anyway to disable it?

not sure what you mean by unnecessary? It's necessary for the program to function correctly.
