Serviio 1.4 : Unknown Server Error (500, undefined)

Hi Guys,

Have been running the previous version in trail for a week or so and loved it so much I purchased the full pro version today. Installed on a new machine, set us exactly as before, and now when accessing content from the internet i get "Unknown Server Error (500, undefined).

The previous version worked perfectly from within my home LAN and externally via the Internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Firefox user? If so, the new version of Mediabrowser doesn't work on Firefox - its on the priority list for fixing in 1.4.1 I believe, but in the meantime Chrome, Safari or IE all work.

If not, let us know what browser - also see: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=15197&p=84933&hilit=unknown#p84933, issue is yet to be resolved. Try clearing out your browser cache though.

I think I have already reported that problem. Log out and back in again and it should work.

Im actually a Chrome user. I have logged out and back in, still no joy. All works fine on LAN, its just accessing from Internet that i get the error.

Sorry, you were correct, I just tried logging out and then logged back in and all is hunky dory.

Can you see some errors in the log when this happens?
