xbox 360 forward/rewind not working for MKV

Hi,
I have installed the latest serviio software on my Windows 8.1 64bit PC.
Xbox 360 recognises MKV's and plays them, but the forward, rewind, skip buttons do not function via the xbox media player controls onscreen. I see the same issue on all the MKV's.
I have also noticed that subtitles on mkv's are not displayed via xbox either.

Any help would be appreciated.

MKV is transcoded and the XBox doesn't support seeking on such files.

For subtitles, you have to enable burned-in subtitles and if your subtitles are embedded in the mkv file, you have to also select the appropriate language and enable Embedded subtitles. http://www.serviio.org/index.php?option ... icle&id=33
