Serviiogo "failed to connect"

Hey all , Im stumped at the mo with serviio and serviiogo as they wont connect !! serviio seems to be running fine BUT serviiogo on Kaiser baas and galaxy 4
cant connect.. I have latest java 7 installed and have tried a number of solution from forums with no luck. any ideas?? cheers

What settins have you configured in the Serviio Console -> Remote tab.

If you had entered something into the 'External Address' box, ServiiGo will use that automatically, so it might be worth removing it first, then re-adding the Server in ServiiGo so that it connects to the server's local ip address. Once you have confirm that is working, then go on to setting up remote access.
