IPTV rtmp

Ok I have two rtmp address:

1. #EXTINF:-1, ESPN
rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=rtmp://46.246.29.1 ... erg.stream swfUrl=http://04stream.com/p/boopo.swf live=1

2. #EXTINF:-1, CINEMAX 1
rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=rtmp://50.7.28.162/app playpath=16457 swfUrl=http://udemy.com/static/flash/player5.9.swf live=1
pageUrl=http://www.shidurlive.com/stream/4e6a4d324f545a6c4e6a55325a4459784e7a67325a673d3d/5b45547dd495

The link 1 work with SimpleTV player and Serviio Server, but the link 2 only work with SimpleTV player.
Somebody tell me why? I do the same setup for both links.

I doubt link 1 works as-is in serviio as it is not in the proper format but you said it is working let's ignore that.

Now worked.
I know I should remove rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=... but I also did not work the second link.
And now I don't see the difference between your answer and what I tried.
Any idea who might be doing wrong?
